End User License Agreement (EULA) — Happn.Live

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User,” “you”) and Happn.Live (“Developer,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), governing your use of the Happn.Live mobile application (“App” or “Service”).

This Agreement applies only between you and the Developer, not Apple Inc. (“Apple”). The Developer, not Apple, is solely responsible for the App and its content.

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

  1. License Grant (Apple-Compliant)

Subject to this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, as permitted by the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

You may also access and use the App through Family Sharing or other Apple-approved mechanisms where applicable.

  1. Scope of License

You may:

  • install and use the App for personal, non-commercial use
  • access features made available within the Service

You may not:

  • distribute or make the App available over a network where it could be used by multiple devices simultaneously (unless allowed by Apple)
  • copy, modify, or create derivative works
  • reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
  • remove proprietary notices or branding
  1. Maintenance and Support

The Developer is solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support services for the App.

Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance or support services.

  1. User Accounts

You may create an account using:

  • Sign in with Apple
  • Google Sign-In

You agree to:

  • provide accurate information
  • maintain account confidentiality
  • accept responsibility for all activities under your account

We do not store Apple or Google credentials.

  1. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of content you upload.

By submitting content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to:

  • host
  • store
  • process
  • display
  • distribute

your content solely for operating and improving the Service.

This license terminates when content is deleted, except where retention is required for legal, moderation, or security purposes.

  1. Temporary Content
  • Content is stored for up to 24 hours
  • After that, it is removed from active systems
  • Temporary backups may exist briefly

We do not guarantee storage or recovery.

  1. Location-Based Features

By using location features, you acknowledge:

  • location sharing is optional
  • content may include location data
  • other users may view such data

You assume all risks related to sharing your location.

  1. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • harass, abuse, or threaten others
  • post illegal or harmful content
  • impersonate others
  • misuse location features
  • exploit minors
  • distribute spam or deceptive content

We may remove content or suspend accounts at our discretion.

  1. Content Moderation

Upon receipt or knowledge of objectionable content, we may, within 24 hours :

  • review and remove content
  • restrict visibility
  • suspend, block or terminate accounts
  • retain moderation records

Moderation may involve automated and manual processes.

  1. Privacy

Your use of the App is governed by the Happn.Live Privacy Policy.

We do not sell personal data.

  1. Third-Party Services

The App integrates third-party services including:

  • Apple authentication
  • Google authentication
  • Google Firebase
  • cloud storage providers

These services operate under their own terms and policies.

  1. Termination

This Agreement remains effective until terminated.

You may terminate by:

  • deleting your account
  • removing the App

We may terminate or suspend access if you violate this Agreement or pose safety risks.

  1. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available.”

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including:

  • merchantability
  • fitness for a particular purpose
  • non-infringement
  1. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer is not liable for:

  • user conduct
  • offline interactions
  • location-sharing consequences
  • loss of content
  • indirect or consequential damages
  1. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Developer from claims arising from:

  • your use of the App
  • your content
  • your violation of this Agreement
  1. Legal Compliance

You represent and warrant that:

  • you are not located in a country subject to U.S. Government embargo
  • you are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties
  1. Developer Responsibility

The Developer, not Apple, is responsible for:

  • addressing claims relating to the App
  • handling user complaints
  • investigating legal or regulatory claims

including but not limited to:

  • product liability claims
  • failure to conform to legal requirements
  • consumer protection claims
  1. Intellectual Property

In the event of any third-party claim that the App infringes intellectual property rights, the Developer—not Apple—will be solely responsible for investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of such claims.

  1. Third-Party Beneficiary

Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement.

Upon your acceptance of this Agreement, Apple has the right to enforce it against you.

  1. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by prevailing laws of a country, excluding conflict-of-law principles.

Welcome to Happn.Live (“App,” “Service,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

Happn.Live is a real-time social platform that allows users to share live updates, request on-demand content from locations, and discover real-
time posts from places around them.


The Service is operated by an independent individual developer and not a registered company.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application and related services.

Happn.Live is designed for temporary real-time content.

Posts, photos, and videos are stored for up to 24 hours.

After 24 hours, media is automatically removed from active systems.

Backup or cached copies may remain briefly for technical or security purposes before being deleted.

We may retain:

Reports or moderation records

Security logs

for longer periods if necessary for safety or legal reasons.



5. Content Moderation & Reporting Policy

5.1 Community Safety

We aim to maintain a safe environment. Content that may be removed includes:

Harassment or abusive behavior
